To your vaccination appointment, bring your vaccination card, a photo ID, and an insurance card, if you have it. COVID-19 vaccines are free for all, but we are able to bill your insurance to help cover administrative costs; that cost will never be passed on to you.
Pfizer Vaccine
- Available for ages 12 and up
- The initial series is two doses, that are given 21 days apart
- Booster #1: 5 months after the initial series is completed – available for ages 12 and up
- Booster #2: 4 months after the first booster – available for ages 50 and up and certain immunocompromised individuals
Moderna Vaccine
- Available for ages 18 and up
- The initial series is two doses, that are given 21 days apart
- Booster #1: 5 months after the initial series is completed – available for ages 18 and up
- Booster #2: 4 months after the first booster – available for ages 50 and up and certain immunocompromised individuals
