Approved Testing Sites: Please call the number listed or visit the website at the site you wish to visit for further information on their testing instructions/requirements and to schedule an appointment (if required). Please contact the testing site regarding cost.

The Department of Health and Senior Services offers free community tests at events throughout the state, to find local testing sites, visit: health.mo.gov/communitytest
You will need a physicians order for most testing sites. Please call your primary care provider for further instructions on how to obtain an order for COVID-19 testing.
