Beginning Jan 17, our nutritionist is partnering with the YMCA to offer a wellness program to help you live your life better! The program will run for 6 weeks on Thursday evenings at the YMCA. Check out the informational flyer by clicking on the headline above.

Each group focuses on a different diabetes topic with the opportunity to learn, share, get support and get questions answered Time to talk about individual problems, concerns and questions with support from nutritionist & peers
